I'm surprised no one brought this up. But the original Sonic Adventures cartoon voice actor for Robotnik, Gary Chalk, made a cameo in the movie. He's also known for voicing Optimus Primal from Beast Wars lol

Even when Sonic did the dance, I didnt cringe so hard since I understand why he does certain things because he spent years watching people. Definitely would watch it again to find all the references since my sis and I were watching the theater walkers check in the place while we had outside snacks lol.

The Enchidnas were originally gonna be an Iguana tribe but the VFX changed it Also, Shadow was already created by Gerald Robotnik, Eggman’s grandpa.

Big ups to the VFX artists saving this movie wouldn’t have been a hit otherwise. I really enjoyed this movie and I loved Jim Carrey, he was having a blast.

Yall sound like me. I couldnt say enough about the movie. It was perfect (for what it was). Not too much but not too little. Hard to describe. And all of the easter eggs! Not sure if you caught it, but when he was looking at the different worlds on his map, one was the Sega Saturn icon lol. Loved the movie.

Another reference when Eggman was putting on music, you can see Crush 40 a few times on the screen. Also....umm Eggman didn't make Shadow lol. That was his grandfather and it wasn't anything from Sonic. Eggman did make Metal Sonic though, I'd be stoked if we got Metal Sonic in a movie, actually it could make sense for the next film. Couldn't experiment on Sonic? Well he sorta knows how he works so maybe he builds a machine based off him to fight him.

I honestly feel like they released the first trailer to cause such an uprage that it would become popular. So when they dropped the 2nd trailer everybody got super hype. I loved the movie and would've saw it either way. #Conspiracy

I have not finished watching the full review yet I am enjoying what you guys are putting out there. However I have a better idea since technically Dr. Robotnik's father or grandfather made Shadow I'm pretty sure dr. Robotnik's going to take that quill and make Metal Sonic and Sonic and tails will have to team up to stop him. Maybe the time in that world is much different then Earth's which means he had more time to develop metal Sonic.

It would be mad weird if Shadow were actually a Sonic clone in the movies. In the games he was born 35 years ahead of him on a space station. But that do seem kind of far off. He could always make Metal Sonic though too.

i saw the movie....to me it was better then i expected even tho it had some dumb plot holes/ For an example: sonic could had easily ran on the side of the building to get his rings instead of getting a key to get access on the roof.
