Another new home - love it! Nice flat entry drive and lovely plants and lawns. Master with the shiplap is gorgeous; would of liked a wall mounted (Toto) toilet with washlet. Agree about an outdoor kitchen (or similar). Thank you. Fun video.

Although...the cost of that would be around $ 125K if not more depending on the amount of solar roof shingles you need to achieve such a thing.

They guide the water down instead of having it splash all over the place.

It's where the water comes down the gutter system onto the ground. it slows the water so it doesn't leave a big hole

9:30, neighbor can see you outdoor shower, open wall conecting to indoor shower? nope dont like that at all. I would buy the lot below and on the side. trim the top of the back hedges for a better ocean veiw.
