Finally, a home that fits the price tag. Gorgeous home, the exterior front and back is marvelous (nice to see the upkeep and maintenance by the Landscapers in the back). From the entrance, your greeted with so much light, natural light, lots of space. Gorgeous kitchen, wine racks, mother in law suite, spacious rooms, unique tiling in the bathrooms (excellent job on the showers), light fixtures on the main level were beautiful they complimented the decor of the room. I loved the primary suite, just the right size, the paint and molding gave you a calm and comfortable feeling. The mecca for me was the bathroom, not only his and her sinks, and closets (which were huge), you get your own commode. Life is fabulous, in this home, until you reach the basement, the lower mecca. Another level to ball out and never leave. If I had to be petty and change anything in this home, it would be to switch all the black doorknobs and door brackets to gold because the House is so Regal. Beautiful home!!!!

Yes, modern home with modern amenities, love it. Nice open concept with large windows as expected for this type of home. Love the kitchen, especially the cabinetry which carries to refrigerator for concealed look. Wonderful Master BdR and Bath!! Interesting that some of electrical outlets are built into the baseboards. Why is that? Overall, nice home and floor plan!! Great tour and thanks for sharing. Take care!!

It's actually outstanding, it's by all means modern and yet, has some rustic feel to it,you can enhance it by some decorative materials,,there's a little bit of tiles missing on the side of shower in the master bathroom as you enter in , and they should have put a cooking stove or something in the kitchen downstairs, but it's absolutely gorgeous,,, 💯 👌...!!!!

Nice layout! I would change 1 thing. The location of the primary suit with the in-law suit. I feel they should swap cause there is no reason the primary should be closer to the Great Room than the in-law. The in-law has that extremely long isolated hall and the primary is right there. So swap those to location so the primary is isolated with the luxurious hall way. that's it.

These concrete bench seats in showers are so dangerous, I'm surprised how prevalent they are in these high end homes. If you slip and fall in the bathroom and hit your head on them, you might be gone. It's better to have shower chairs made with plastic and rubber footing to prevent slippage, then put it in the corner of the shower. Most falls and the most dangerous falls in homes happen in the shower. To have builders negligently keep putting concrete shower benches in bathrooms is very disturbing. If you end up falling and hitting your head on plastic chairs, it might hurt, but if it happens with concrete bench seats you might be in the hospital or far worse than that. The bottom line is, these concrete bench seats in showers are extremely dangerous.

Very true and you don’t even need to be sick or elderly to have a fall. You can get low blood pressure randomly (due to the heat of the water) and faint or even slip and fall.
