Very nice layout. Love the desk, counter eating area & 2 person kitchen. There is enough space for multiple people to move around while cooking with good pantry & storage space. Bunk room is great! Bathroom is Awesome!! Master bedroom could use a few improvements: nightstands, 6 drawer dresser, large empty wall of switches next to bed could be better utilized for storage or at least hidden - that whole wall is wasted space. Lots to like about this unit with some improvements.

Hey JD I love this setup! I hope you're having a great day? This Impression318 is super nice. The hidden desk an bunk room is just awesome. The bathroom is great. The bedroom with the tilt up need is great, it gives you room to get dressed plus watch TV at night when you are ready to go to bed. It gives you washer an dryer setup. I do agree with you on the windows letting a lot of heat into the fifth wheel. Your number one fan an friend Leonard Nelson from North Carolina..

Windows aren't a big deal as far as heat. Get the windows tinted with UV/ heat blocking tint.

@@Rawkfist1501 I had my F150 tinted with the UV tint. Almost no heat got thru the windows with the Sun beating on it. Certainly good enough to keep the camper cool...

Great Unit. Beautiful. Everybody's different but I am not a fan of double sinks in the bathroom. I'll take that little extra space gained with one sink for something else.

I am not a big fan of stadium seating. But this one is okay because you can fold up the center arm.

I really like the windows, but had the same thoughts about the ability to control the temperature both hot and cold. Even with double pane windows it may still be an issue. But it is hard to beat the view!

They dropped the ball on the bedroom especially for those of us that have CPAP and like a place to put phones, books, or tablets bedside. Lack of power outlets near bed are a missed opportunity. Otherwise the rest of the unit is outstanding.

I'll be honest, I would buy an RV with the least amount of windows. I wind up keeping them completely closed, blocked off, reflective insulated anyways, otherwise the A/C's really struggle to deal with our southern heat. When it's 90+ outside the last thing I want is a ton of radiant heat coming in. We really only have, maybe, 3-4 weeks total in the spring and fall where temps are comfortable enough to enjoy windows. Another thing I would like to see as an option is to ditch the end tables on that love seat and put a full size sofa in there. One you can actually lay down on.

I agree that it looks like they had a whole different crew of designers when it hits the bedroom. Longer dresser, bedside tables or at least shelves over the valances with outlets, and please no carpet! I would also love to see window trim and day/night shades like Brinkley. We’re deciding between either this one or the Brinkley with a bonus room. Anyone know the weight/pricing?
