Honesty and if people knew they can 110%count on your word is very big thing ,learning about different cultures and how to comunicate with them is one of greateast features in diplo ,also i would put on the list take care of your own menthal health when Drama destroys all your efforts dedication you put into the kingdom or ally ...

absolutely good, one things i struggled in my kingdom was , the leader only wanted Koreans, really played hard and helped every one, did my job as a player, for me finding a good fit kidgom was very hard to figure out one, the leader even made me delete troops so my power was not over his power, even when he wanted me tp spend aton of money helping the kingdom, also promised he better spot next time mge or a role, never happened until people started leaving the kingdom , now stayed so long i just dont no how to leave or find a good fit....

Sounds like you oughta just get the hell out of there, broski. Far better Kds are out there to be found, just gotta do your research. There’s discord servers where recruiting Kds put out their info, and what they’re looking for in players.

I corroborate completely. Id expand #5 further to "Delegation is king." You need to find people you trust to do good jobs to do the jobs a kingdom needs, and then you need to trust their judgment in their role. As you said, you cant do everything, and trying to do so will only burn you out. Id also expand #9 to explicitly include taking criticism. Not just do people want to hear from you and understand what's going on, but they want to know that you understand their thoughts, and especially their gripes. This plays into kingdom morale which you didn't cover much, but could be a great topic for another video. Great list though! and glad to have folks talk about leadership. It really goes unspoken by most creators. I loved that you said the quite part out loud that a lot of people think they know what good leadership looks like, but truthfully don't know squat. I see it too much. The way I like to say it is that the view of the soldier is different than that of the general, knowing how to be a good soldier and having been lead by a good general does not mean you know how to be a good general.

Love that you know about Servant Leadership!! I just wish more corporate and government "leaders" knew this style. The front-line warriors (or staff) are the ones who deliver the product (or service)... give them the resources, tools, knowledge, and confidence to their job well and your "ego" will be taken care of. In the meantime, Rule #1 of Leadership: Pull your head out of your ass and cram your ego up there!

Mge organisation can be very hard from time to time....but you right comunication and beeing honest allways helped explain why people get their spots and why not....point4 i see it otherways cause matchmaking in lower seeds can be so unfair and kvk diplo makes a win impossible its just stupid to turn into hevy fighting and loosing troops when your people only take senseless deads.....but in total youre right with all things you sad.......another point what can be big problem is merging bigger groups after migration but the top 1prio never have 2powerfullwomen in led who are catfighring and cant stand each other you will fce problems worse then civil war😂😂😂😂

@JamesMoriarty205 сағат бұрын
why not ? i get if it's dishonest seller but if it can supply cheap rss to the kingdom fighters then why not ?
@TJMitonСағат бұрын
@@JamesMoriarty20 it's a WILD conflict of interest lol. results in jacked up prices and stuff like mge fines being sold back to fighters instead of being used to actually help the kd.
