Sort & segregate (good/bad good,thoughts,ambience food, habits) 2.Set in order (keep good inputs say foods and thoughts in order) 3. shine (clean,brush everyday) 4. Thank you Dr Deepthi. I'm seeing a psychiatric to overcome my depression. For past 1 year plus since my delivery complications known as Amniotic Fluid Embolism(AFE) during my 3rd childbirth I have been through depression and I had tough time ever since, currently on medication to treat my depression. I used to be an active career woman, I'm an Engineer, a mother and a wife, my life changed since my delivery complication. I have trouble to sleep at night, there were times I sleep at 3am sometime 4am. Anyways Thank You for sharing Dr. May God Bless You🙏

I would like to add one more point doctor: Avoid stress full thoughts or talks before sleep, (even studying hard subjects before sleep for students). if possible do meditation or listen to mild peaceful music before sleep. I would also like to suggest some physical exercises or playing in the evening hours. Thank you doctor. :) :)

Brain detox: very simple and beautifully explained. Biggest challenge is getting rid of mobile phones..people dont realize the radiation hazard..another issue is if we finish dinner by 7-7.30, we feel hungry at midnight..how to address this..thanks for very informative information..Rajappa Subramanian, Bangalore

Haven't thought abt dis before but after watching your video I started to realize, I do have memory losses time to time. Thanks for sharing this, I will try this method an let's see how dis turn up but I am sure it will make a difference. Also please tell me how to quit smoking coz it's been 16 years bt recently I try few things to stop it bt didn't work well so appreciat, if you could give me directions on this.

Dear doctor, this is an excellent and essential video for today's world. Adding to what you have suggested, I think doing a water fast once every week, will help this detox process. My personal experience is the day I fast for 24 hours, I find myself far more active and there's greater clarity in my thinking. Thanks for the video; I will share it as widely as possible.

Yes, it's true ma'am. I have been detoxing for 2 months. I just realised that my mind felt peaceful state and it's worked as per my words. I do not watch tv and using mobile phones. Instead of that I'm listening affirmations still my mind felt peaceful. My opinion, listening affirmation is remove your negative thoughts and replacing positive ones.

I do Take tae coffee 3 times na day with sugar, I use mobile while sleeping and keep near me , tho I don't eat junk , I finish my dinner at 7:30 pm and sleep by 10-10:30 pm . So mostly I should avoid caffeine sugar n mobile useage ... Thank you so much mam you gave me a better clarity.❤️

Yes dr. Thank you for your informative video I stopped white sugar for a month Nd I lose 2kg of weight Nd I can study better than before..And also with that I’ll do regular exercises minimum 2 hrs per day.
