Kota Tua is a must-visit then. Looks fantastic! Great history info, guys! Love it. What an interesting local drink, the beer one. What a great tour visiting all local spots, even the first one that you said is more centered on the ex-pat and tourism population. Who's family is in the video? Is it Ony or Peter's side of the family? It is hard to find gelato, but it is good that it is good as well. We love Turkish ice cream now and the texture is soooo different from any ice cream we had tried before. Oh you were there just one day? That makes sense! Thank you for taking us along!

Definitely a must visit when visiting as tourists in Jakarta 😄 It’s Peter’s family in the video 😊 We visited Jakarta a few times during this holiday but only one day to make into a video, the rest was just for relaxing 😄

Because we didn’t stay in Jakarta for the duration of the holiday in Indonesia, as our parents homes are not located in the city. Oh yes the warm choc bread was everything we need on that day! So good 😋

We went to cafe Batavia when we visited Jakarta! It was years ago but I remember they had pretty good food but a little pricey. Such a shame they didn't let you record inside would love to have heard your thoughts on the dishes
