Hi Kunal, misal is a dish which can be eaten anytime and may be daily as well. It is a dish which i think always taste good wherever you eat. There are lot of varities of misal you will find in Maharashtra, the traditional ones and not the fusion or barbeque ones. I have heard a lot about buvanchi misal from Lonavla and will try to visit it.

Original misal is misal of nashik it's birthplace of misal... All these are first copy of nashik misal I think nashik is serving misal since 1930..they used to served with chpati...later on pav was adopted
