What a cool farmers'market. Great that the cafe is forgoing paper cups. Sourdough crumpets!!! OMG. Love the little maps above the stalls showing the origin of the produce. Digging the music in this vlog, by the way. The panacotta lamington is a fusiony match made in heaven!

Why not do what the Carriageworks stallholders do? Go "right to the source" to the huge Flemington Markets and buy wholesale, ...or from the equally huge retail market in Flemington, ...or your local greengrocer. More genuinely "organic" if that is what you want and much less eye-wateringly expensive. Just a warning though it involves getting on the train and travelling 15 mins west (is that humanly possible?) and mixing it with non-inner city types. The venders may actually be real market people and farmers, not Dress Ups who "saw you coming". ...but "it's so creamy"
