When I played keeper I got a card once. Guy was on a breakaway, I went to charge him, and I smothered the ball at the moment he kicked it so he tripped over me. It was only a yellow though... and because our backup keeper was out with the flu, I got to (had to) stay on the field. Then I saved the PK, booted it out to our forward who scored in his own breakaway.

second goal was the defender's fault unlucky for the keeper.

The red card was highly in doubt. 1) it appeared that the keeper made a challenge for the ball. Maybe not a great one, but still... should have been down graded to a yellow for that reason. 2)would the attacker have regained control of the ball after he touched it past the keeper?.... doubtful. Was this a foul and pk?... sure

With all due respect Mr Grumpy :) 1. Indeed, keeper made a challenge for ball, but got all man and no ball. 2. In my opinion the attacker would have gone around and scored had keeper not fouled him. So for this reason, DOGSO all day and clearly a good red !!

@robbwatson7101 If there is a challenge for the ball, in the penalty area, the DOGSO red gets downgraded to a yellow. It is right in the LotG in black and white (or black and yellow on the APP)
