I don't have a diploma that I finished the school, because I am still studying in the last grade, so, should I upload the declaration and transcript of records together in one file, and need I do it in the documents section or in special section "transcript of records", also, may I chose "uploaded original transcript with translation" or just uploaded "original transcript" ?

For the diploma stuff, you have to upload a declaration stating the reasons why you don't have it now, and that you will upload it later before August 1. For transcript of record: A declaration is not needed. You need to get your transcript of record uploaded till January 16. Your transcript doesn't need to contain the latest grades if they are not available. Also, your transcript should be in English, Hungarian, or the language of selected program. In this case you select 'I have uploaded the the transcript with translation '. If your transcript is in any other languages, you have to make an official translation to English or Hungarian or language of study program; you submit the original (the one in other language) and choose "I have uploaded the original", after that, you upload the translated one, and select "I have uploaded the original and translation" option.

If the original one is in Arabic, you have to upload it and select 'i have uploaded the original option', then you must also upload the translated one also, and select 'i have uploaded the original and the translation option '. Then you're good to go.

You're only exempted from foreign language proficiency requirement if your previous studies program was in English or Hungarian or language of study program. In this case, you will need to upload a declaration stating that your previous studies was in any of the language stated. Otherwise, you will need to upload a proficiency test result

You can write a statement saying you’ll submit the missing documents next year and make sure to explain why you haven’t been able to submit it while applying. EXPLAIN EVERYTHING.
