Hello April, Grief can feel overwhelming at first. What can help is to sit quietly and think of a good memory of that person, e.g. A holiday or a present or any shared happy experience. Then think of another good mermory, then a few others. Focus on the good memories. Do it every day. This lifts you up out of the grief. xx
