See I know in our culture eating satvik is more adviced because we believe that all living beings have the right to live but again we have to understand that Sanatan Dharma is not any foundation based religion its original way of life the things given in our scriptures are given to guide us but nothing is compulsory or are mandatory applied on us which you have to do if you are a true Hindu there is nothing like that same with eating non veg it's a choice many Hindus who strongly believe in God and in the scriptures prefer to eat non veg and don't consider it a breaking connection from God or a problem so it's up to every individual how they look at Dharma and how they take it

The struggles are still not over in India. The lack of spiritual or religious education means most Hindus have no understanding of the spiritual treasure that is Hinduism, most pride themselves at being "scientific minded" and so look down on Hinduism even without bothering to understand what it is about. However I am seeing a small glimpse of change happening, thanks to social media and people like you who's videos serves to remind us Indians to explore our immense spiritual wisdom. ❤ We do need more Vivekanandas today. Some facts about Swami Vivekananda Ji :- (1) His concentration level was so high that he could remember the entire newspaper/book word by word in just one go/read. (2) Practised strict brahmachary/celibacy ( some say that celibacy was prime reason behind his high concentration level ). (3) Used to read alot , at one time in his childhood for 4 days and 3 night of continuous reading , afterward falls unconscious(Geeta, Ved, language books, Ramayan, Other vedic literatures, western philosophies, other religions works, encyclopedia, etc... ). (4) Used to read ALOUD, to improve his pronunciation. (5) Was too respectful towards women. (6) Believe in Tit for Tat 😂. (7) For this fact better to say point I am not confirmed but heard that he learnt an important lesson from a prostitute.(of course he was respectful towards women including prostitute but please check authentic source for this particular point, and if I am wrong then correct me, if I m right then 👍).

The greatness of the Indian civilisation arguably begins post the Battle of the 10 kings or the Dasharadnya Yuddha (दाशराज्ञ युद्ध) more than 12,000 BCE with king Sudas, the victor and his royal sage Vasiṣtha successor of sage Vishwamitra. They organised a ‘aśvamedha yagna’ to celebrate the victory of the battle in which they invited all the rishis practising Vedic practices from all across the Bharatavarsha (or ancient day India). The mantras chanted were orally transmitted since the 2nd millennium BCE which eventually evolved into the modern day printed Rigveda. Most of the philological and linguistic evidences indicates to this cradle of Indian civilisation where the bulk of the Rigveda Samhita was composed in the northwestern region of the Indian subcontinent, today’s Himachal Pradesh and Haryana regions. This is believed to be the genesis of Vedic knowledge.

It's amazing how these words came at a period when Racism was a norm by the west. It was pretty normal to kick out Indians out of "Elite" class in a train irrespective of how wealthy you are. Your skin color would instantly make you a lesser of a being. Vivekananda at that time, to break the shackles of the slavery and preach religious tolerance to the west is unbelievable. Today the west boast itself as the beacon of tolerance and democracy when it was actually India which was following democratic values and religious acceptance. The very fact that, India is one of those country that didn't fought religious wars or tried to convert others to their religion is a testament of that. This is also a great weakness, this is why Hindu and Buddhist rulers had to fall against the mighty west and Islamic invaders. When they came with swords our leaders wanted to recite poetry hoping the conqueror will have a change of heart instead of defending themselves.

Different religions/races are like ice water which starts its journey from same source (Hill Top) and adopts different ways as per situations and conditions most convient for its further travelling and then passing through different stages of evolution (like streams, waterfalls, rivers ) finally merge into the same water (Sea). Symbolically all the races emerge from one source (God) and evolve ( work, experiences, contribute their roles in the over all bigger master plan of Almighty) and thus travel and finally destined to be merged in the same source ( Almighty God). Just look up the SOMNATH TEMPLE today and check Gazni Empire land today. India went through a lot, but India refused to bow and convert to Islamic and Christianity, like many other rich civilizations like Iran, etc who lost their traditional identities and convert to other religion. Sanatana Dharma is the only one going back more than 10k years as per the evidence found till yet.
