Just tried the duo with new cupidus. Used to smack really hard but nothing that another champ couldn't do and venus has always been solid support. Went ahead and switched speed boots out to pump up damage on cupidus for counterattack instead. Very impressive

Venus and Cupidus together are ripping the hydras apart right now. Did the easy hydra just for fun, 200 turns - 160 mill damage (with Duchess, Tuhanarak, Umbral, Ma Shalled, Venus and Cupidus) > I stopped there, but could have gone on for even longer. Don't know if I find this fun or boring ^^

Tried a new hydra team last night with Venus and cupidus and it was awesome. Most of the team is wearing lvl 12 gear and still pulled 60 million on brutal. I used godseeker, shamael and helicath in the lead, to make a nearly unkillable team and had everyone built for big damage. Worked great!

My tired brain couldnt fully understand the Cupidus changes until I tried it out ingame. Shoulda booked him in the CVC. I booked Holsring instead as a shot in the dark before the Hex buff lol

I can't believe they are charging that much for a skin that doesn't even change the combat effects. I used to play summoners war and they would drop 5 awesome skins at a time, complete effect change on their moves, and decently priced for what you get.

I do have a Venus/Cupidus combo! I have Venus totally maxed, but hadn't been using Cupidus as much because he seemed somewhat lackluster. Nowww, I am going to finish maxing Cupidus and send the kids out to play! Thanks for the great video. :)

pretty sure that lord shazar bomb damage applies to campaign as well.. my lv 40 kael gets 1 shot 100 to 0 on 12-3 normal if he doesn't resist at least 1 of the bombs lol.

Have my Lord w 6k attack. Already use him in arena. His a3 ( 60-110 k smacks) then his bombs. Hits harder than my Trunda. In gold 5 arena. Draco A3 and Cardiel a3 sets him up. Lysandra a3 goes first.

I've got 2 of the 4. Lugan, which was 1 of my earliest legendaries & I've been using him occasionally, even before this buff. Cupidus is the other one I have, which I do toss at hydra. Both of these I should probably regear.

I got cupidus from the summon rush in hellcat fusion, and will probably build him after my doompriest... I'm not even that keen on getting the new fragment champion since I have tons of burner already, mainly epics and cupidus as legendary and they just buff him at the right time

Lugan is better, but not by a lot. I feel like this did lift him from "almost good" to "good", though, so definitely not a fail as a buff. His biggest problem has always been that you need to build him to maximise his damage for the A1 heal, and high crit damage doesn't play nice with Ally Protection. I feel like they also needed to bump his A1 self shield from 10% to 15% or 20%, now that's he's better at "killing himself" through Ally Protection.

Siphi rotos (or double rotos) is still the best arena duo (especially on defense). Venus cupidus definitely have a strong argument for best PvE duo though.

But I love that built in counter attack with venus. I use them together in tandum. I should of kept the other one. Double cupidus plus venus. Haha

Not to directly compare RAID to Summoner's War, but they have a Bomb meta that isn't dominant, but what makes it relevant, and something RAID might/should consider to make bombs more viable, is that they also stun with a 75% chance when they go off. THAT would make them super compelling. Pair a mediocre AoE bomb champ like Galkut and follow him up with a Melbourne and you have a solid start to a bomb team. But alas... Bombs are just not worth it unless you have like 3 champs that are all leggos.

What ive always hated about lugan is damage taken by the protector via aly protect is raw damage and increase def is irrelevant to that. Its great he has inc def but it doest do anything as far as the aly protect is concerned. Give him a strengthen.

I pulled the calc and paused to check, apparently Lord Shazar's mult for bombs stands around 5.8. Calc said 5.77. I looked at your ATT score, which is 4,402, +50% = 6,603 ATT, then, damage on Dragon wave mobs **and** on Dragon proper was 38,157, divided by 6,603 = 5.77. Problem: Damage on Arena opponents varied left and right, whilst bombs were supposed to land always the same damage, so kinda baffled there. Guess it's time to go check that *horrible and evil British clickbaiter's* website and see if they mined the data already hahahah :-D Kidding of course, but the intro was just... pure Mike Tyson hahaha!!! 😂🤣

You can't even show off your skins because we play against A.I. what are they smoking? I wish this was like diablo where you could raid as a group! It's called Raid FFS!!! ALSO ADD SOME ACTUAL LEVELS!!! Not just this 3 wave shit. Some longer random waves, with the chance to get gear and drops from killing champions not just surviving a 15 second fight. How about a level where you fight waves until you die, with several difficulties. With decent drops! Not a God damn xp brew.... 1 brew bro? You for real.. people like me spend a decent amount of money but I would pay more for an expansion that cost to play but doesn't require energy. That has actual PVP, and some sort of levels that aren't glorified chained battles. If this game and diablo had a baby it would be perfect! Both games fall short where the other exceeds. Someone make that game. Energy isn't fun, leveling 100 Champs for a 60 isn't fun. Farming gear like accessories for 3 different types, for 14 different factions, with atleast 3 different star ratings no matter what level, with different rarities, and a shit ton of stat combinations is overly complicated. If I want a 6 star ring I should have a place to farm 6 star rings! The 14 factions, ranking, rarity, main Stat, and sub Stat combinations is itself well over enough to farm and hope you get something you want, let alone, usable, and astronomically rare to be good, and even rarer to be great.
