Upper Mustang ka permit bhi lower ke wahin se mil jayega or koi bhi travel wale bana denge. Foreigners ke liye around 50,000 hai.

Hotel agar do log share kar rahe ho toh inr 1000 pakad ke chalo food thali 800 ₹ leke chalo aur petrol kitna kilometer chalate ho is pe nirbhar karta hai din ka bhi bhi 3000₹ ke kharib leke chalo issey thoda sasta bhi ho sakta hai aur mehenga toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai

You can rent a car from Kathmandu or Pokhara. I personally would suggest to take one from Pokhara. You will save a bit on petrol. Rest the route is same
