Muster Drill On The Carnival Radiance. On the Carnival Radiance Muster Drill really is the first thing you should attend. The Carnival Radiance Safety Briefing is mandatory for all guests, as it is on any other cruise ship. The good news is the Safety Briefing on the Carnival Radiance is a quick and painless experience.
Guests can identify their assigned muster station on their boarding pass, Sail & Sign Card or cabin key. Once they visit their assigned muster station, staff scan the sail and sign card, the guests undergo a brief training on how to don and operate a life vest and then the fun can begin
