On point pivoting the ball of the foot at the accelerator 11:50 , I was asked to keep the pivot at the Break. Ideally pivot position at the most used point gives you comfort. For long drives at the Accelerator makes sense and that's what you are advocating as well. I am not sure why some ask to pivot at the Break point.

For pivot point the toe should be placed straight to the brake pedal, even in the previous "Correct Leg Placement for Car Driving - kzbin.info/www/bejne/aH6mlXppoLagrJI" video by birla sir mentioned the same. I think he mistakenly mentioned to place the leg straight to the accelerator in this video.
