Holy mother of jesus, so today I tried the heavy partial lateral raises and only got 20 reps on 60lbs dumbells but WOW, the pump was phenomenal!!! Hitting some normal lateral raises after this is insane to initiate the mind muscle connection.. kudos to the Co owner of the gym and to Big Ron himself.. always bringing amazing episodes.. keep it going mutant!!!

hi guys, at 20:27 he said hammer strength behind the head press. We have this one at the gym i go, but i never touched it, because the moment i read behind the neck, i said screw it. Long time ago, i did smith machine behind the neck presses, but i don't anymore. Does anyone here know if this machine is the regular hammer shoulder press or are there 2 machines out there (regular & behind the neck) ?
