Another awesome guide, great explanations of the nuances of decision making for when/how to use it in a worthwhile way (which is mega awesome, I always wanted to ensure I taught people how to think rather than what to think - something that is way too rare among educators), as well as some of the many bugs. I honestly didn't even know about the Yaka one, which is a shame since that would by far be the #1 place this ability would be game changing. Oh well, Jagex QA and all. Apparently I'm supposed to be mad in this one though, so here are some random criticisms. The pre/post mutation ability description graphics at the beginning are uneven and cut a bit of the left off, makes my eyes want to bleed The hard cut at 9:12 punched me right in the soul Not using SS at normal mode Vindicta??? Random psychology advice, you've probably lost a few views/earned a few dislikes by putting shout out/ads/etc in the intro. For complicated reasons they're much less abrasive to people if they're placed after the actual content - maybe something to consider for the future (since honestly these seem like ~1% dislike vids, no higher, and seeing more makes me sad because the content is great). In all seriousness though, good video. Might've been worth mentioning sigil for non-apot zerks, but that should be self explanatory for anyone on this level of gameplay anyway. Kind of a bummer that this ability is as much a buggy mess as it is, since it's also the most unique and complex of the mutated abilities, it could have really diversified the melee combat experience a lot more than it has. Fingers crossed for some patches soon.

Solid feedback June, always welcome - honestly love how in depth you go. I imagine you will make a great teacher in whatever path you chose. It has been out for a month now and no patches or anything. I've been using it for a while now, and honestly it feels more like a flashy card trick, rather than something I can rely on. The main issue is the adrenaline issues, it's a mess. It is a good concept but if they want to even out the combat triangle there is still a long way to go. Also valuebale information on the intro information, as someone who studied psychology for my masters I find that fascinating and will take it on board. I will start looking into KZbin/Streaming psychology as well as this has sparked my interest.

So... Does using a bleed such as dismember, then not attacking, stack the timer for mutated barge? Or does the bleed count as ''attacking'' the boss?

Mutated barge is great at rax, all the mechanics cause you to wait and gain buff.

its great for going down path 1 :D. But when rax webs, you are better of using auto + cleave as it is more dps. Unless you are going to zerk in which case zerk, barge, rotation :D. Thanks for the comment

Mut Fury is really good for Revo++. The old Fury wasnt even worth using in Revo++. Mut Barge isnt worth it at all and neither is Flurry (dual).

I finally got the barge ability man !!! 300m o.O this guide is really helpfull to the point now i know where to maximise that ability :P and i rax a lot so its amazing there.

Amazing content man love these vids. This ability is slightly more niche, but for pvp this ability is insanity. Using a stun to start the fight build adren with shield and then go to that barge then use assault it adds a bleed. Stack that with dismember tendrils or slaughter making them waste freedom or numbing roots your advantage becomes gross

Hey I have a question- for the Zerk rotation is it something like: Boss becomes invulnerable, you zerk then wait x seconds then use barge adren pot and assault or is it you wait x seconds then use zerk into barge and assault?

Ahh brother it was done a few weeks after release. at that time it was thought that the barge on a new target was a bug. It is so worth it, might do an updated guide. I should update this one to indicate outdated though. IT IS SUPER WORTH IT.
