I know its a old video but im having wiper blade err and i see on the mechanical station the gear ontop with the Phillip head screw looks lose and i can spin it and the blade moves but no at the same time like its waits. Im wondering if the screw needs to be tighten if that is suck a thing.

Hi, super helpful video! I replaced the maintenance station on my Mutoh 1624 but now it's trowing an error code 082 wiper sensor. Any idea what could it be?

@@famousfranky I am having so many issues with my mutoh. I changed the head a year ago and it worked for about a year and then started to lose black and magenta. Nothing I did fixed it. I put new maintenance station in and even had to put oem ink back in. So decided to put a new head in again in Dec. It fixed it for about 2 weeks. Then started having same problem. Black had almost stopped working. So changed the dampers again and started the process again. Since then I have had to change the main board and the board above the inks. And I now I still don't have the black all the way and it won't open the port to print. Any suggestions to get this printer working right. The closest place is 3-4 hours away to take it. Besides very expensive. Any help would be appreciated.

@@dianejob2250 In 5 years we replaced the head every year, and the same number of maintenance stations. In our case the C yan was giving the problem. It is a good quality printer and expensive. every day proper maintenance is the best remedy. My suggestion change print head, wiper, and dampers (if the maintenance station working properly no need to change) at one time. and do every day proper maintenance, this is what we do. From Dubai

Hello i alsoo need some help with mutoh 1304. I have replace the cap top, and now i have problem, when i do cleaning circle, the colors arent going in cap top and the waist ink tube. Dampers are full with color, no air. Tubes are ok, but i notise air noisse in capping station, maybe some one can tell me how to, or do i need to aline the cap top with the print head and how to do that. Or some other solution Thanks a lot for the help

Check maintenance station cap tube it maybe clog or maybe in the breather part.
