Hi! This is a great video and helped me a lot however after adjusting PF (and correct measurement), I started printing sample square and still one side of it is shorter. It seems like printer has not saved settings and adjustment. Both PF Adjust and printing was on the User 7. Do you know how to save these settings?

Hi can u show how to fix smudging im getting smudging on my mutoh vj1624 i heard it can be a pinch roller how can u tell i dont see or hear anything ? But i do see smudging on two places always middle and slight side i turned up the heat and helped some but still it occurs i dont see any problem with the head or other stuff im confused on that! Do u know if u can grease the rollers with white lithium would that work im curious if u have ever run into the same or similar problem and how u handled it

If the smudging is always in the same spot it is probably either the rollers or something on the platen of the printer that is slightly raising the material causing it to hit the head carriage. I would try popping the rollers out of the printer to clean them first, there are cleaners out there designed for rubber rollers (alcohol can break down the rubber over time so its better to use a specific cleaner if you can). We have never greased the rollers with white lithium so I am not sure if that would help or if you would get transfer onto the material that would show up in the print.
