I love this video. As a vegetarian, I love watching traditional cooking, because it looks so good, even though I don't eat meat. Watching this video shows the difference between Home and Hotel food. I am a huge believer in the fact that food is enhanced by the vibes of the person making the dish. If that person is happy, the food taste will enhance by a lot. I am a huge tradionalist and seeing someone using mortal and pestle really makes me happy. The taste that comes from making something with your hands is unparalleled. Also, I love eating with people you know and love from the same plate back home. It is a huge communal experience. Back home, I used to share meals with my friends a lot. Eating out of the same plate can be disgusting, but in a weird way, it is an awesome experience. Aww man, Sureet was right. I am so hungry for traditional food now lol. I am staying in the US for my Masters, but I am from India. Missing home hard!!!
