👉 For Mutton preparation:
Mutton - 1 kg
Aloo (Potato) - 1/2 kg
Oil - 2 tbsp
Food color(red) - 2-3 pinch
Adrak Lahsan (Ginger garlic) paste - 3 tbsp
Lal Mirch (Red chilli) powder - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Pyaz (onion) - 3 big size
Lemon - 1
Dahi (Yoghurt) - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Kewda water - 2 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Salt - as per taste
👉 For Biryani Rice preparation:
Rice - 750 gm
Daarchini (Cinnamon stick) - 2 inch
Jaavitri(Mace) - 1 small
Laung (Cloves) - 5
Hari Ilaichi (Green Cardamom) - 3
Badi Ilaichi (Black Cardamom) - 1
Salt - 2 tbsp
👉 For Barista:
Pyaz (onion) - 2 medium size
