7 Pcs Mutton Chops
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 small stick Cinnamon
½ tsp Black Pepper corns
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
3 tbsp Oil
1 and half tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Curds

Asalaam alaikum ma Shaallah it was good I just did little bit changes as I don't eat chillies so I added paprika powder n tomato paste to give colour yes I did add 1 green chilli chopped plus I did not add water only meat stock I cup.. but masala was good thank u for sharing such a good receipts and making use of masala you are too good..ma Shaallah bless u
