Ingredients
Mutton 500grams
Onions 2 medium
Tomatoes 3
Curd 100 grams
Garlic cloves 6-8
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder for color(optional)
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies
Kadhai masala 2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Water 1 cup
Oil 6 tbsp
For Kadhai Masala
Coriander seeds(dhanya) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds(zeera) 1 tsp
Fennel seeds(saunf) 1/2 tsp
Black pepper corns 1 tsp
Whole red chillies 4-5
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 1 piece
Cardamom 2 pieces
Cloves 2 pieces
