Give 4 whistles on high flame then reduce to low flame for another 4-5 whistles, turn off the flame & let the steam go off itself completely, the meat will be tender & juicy for sure InshaAllah ☺️

How much mutton was that in g/kg? And how much water did u add? Please let me know so I can understand and customise for myself

It was 1/2 kg mutton & a glass of water. Water is added to tenderize the meat, pressure cook on medium flame 6-8 whistles then dry the water before frying. Check detail recipe in the description box, thanks for watching & don’t forget to subscribe my channel 😊
