Love this video and I am going to make this for lunch minus the pakistani garam masala which I can't find the recipe for but will be replacing it with supermarket garam masala, with the obvious side effects of changing the taste. What goes into the pakistani garam masala? I've found one recipe where it appears pakistani garam masala is essentially 4 spices - black peppercorn, black cardamom, cumin and cloves - is this it?

😅😆 actually it's Kadai Masala. Check on Google or on KZbin itself. You will get it. I am sure in India, you can get ready made Kadai masala by one of the branded producers. National and Shan supply this in the UK
