Generally cooks put oodles of masala and red chillies and colors as a quick fix way to prepare eye catching food on the street with no regards to food values whatsoever. Hats off man!! I have tried this many times for catering and big events in USA and I will tell you, people think it was imported from Pakistan. main flavor comes from iron kadai, DO NOT MAKE in anything else it will not taste same. Also the garam masala does make a big difference. thanks to jldurrani......
