Today I am sharing a very tasty & authentic recipe of Mutton Kofta Curry. Its easy to make Moghlai style recipe of Kofta with rich & authentic smooth curry of onion, curd and Kaju badam sauce.
Ingredients
For Kofta :
Onion - 1/2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 7 cloves
Whole Black Pepper - 10
Star Anise - 2 cloves
Badi Ealichi - 1
Dal Chini - 2 pieces of 1 inch
Laung/Cloves - 4
Choti Elaichi - 2
Kheema - 500 gms
Salt to taste
Red Chilly powder - 1.5 tsp
Jeera/Cumin powder - 1tsp
Chane ka aata - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Oil
For gravy:
Onion paste - 4 Medium size
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Dal chini - 2 piece 1 inch
Javitri - 1 clove
Badi Elachi - 1
Choti elaichi - 2
Lavang - 5
Badiya - 1
Coriander/Dhaniya powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Jeera/cumin - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Curd - 1 bowl
Cashew-Almond Powder - 2 tsp
Oil
