Welcome to Pakwan e Khaas
Today we are making mutton korma in a very simple and easy way.
This mutton korma recipe is made only with yogurt onion coriander powder not much masalas.
You can make this recipe on special occasions like Eid Dinner parties pr even on special lunch.
Ingredients
Mutton 800 grams
Onion 3 medium fried
Yogurt 2 cups big
Salt 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Green cardamom 8-10
Big cardamom 2
Cloves 4
Cinnamon stick 2
Cashew 12 (make paste with 2 tbsp yogurt and 5 tbsp milk or cream)
Add cashew paste in last.
Special masala add just 2 minutes before you switch off flame
5 green cardamom and few strands of mace
Grind
