Usually biryani in down south r way different from North West part of India, we are more in to rice n meat pieces with less masala n provide gravy separately biryni but biryani In delhi mumbai gujarat are quite similar as they r more focused in msala rather thn pieces which obviously makes biryani special n tasty.. I'm from kerala but I love northern style biryani
