500 Gms Goat Meat
2 Onions (diced)
1 Carrot (diced)
2 Potatoes ( diced)
1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
5 - 6 Green Chillies (slit)
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom Pods
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
2 Bay leaves
Salt
1 ltr Water
Coriander Leaves. (chopped)

I would brown the meat in some butter a little before adding to the pot. Otherwise it looks good and probably smells delicious.

I cut everything really small so the little ones find it impossible to pick anything out. The flavour hooks them and they get all the nutrients anyway. To avoid drama I don't mention goat.

Great, I cook this often for my family, only, no garam masala, or green chillies, but I add tomato and put the coriander leaves at start ! Best wishes.
