Forty two years ago I use to fish with my wife’s uncle, Frank Fuller. He was a true DDI old school fisherman. He knew all the banks by land-marking only. He never missed. He had four spots for Subs (mutton). Where you guys are harvesting was one of those spots. I was young and wanted to harvest everything but he use to tell me “You have to leave for the next generation”. Once a year we would visit there. We had two other places around the 3rd Boca for Subs. So, you are enjoying that spot because he was careful to leave something for the next generation. Please keep that in mind.

Those were the true fishermen! No GPS...Land markings only...We fish that spot maybe 3 to 4 times for the year and thats it!...So we leave a lot behind and time for them to re-populate...It is a great spot for a great fish...Hopefully we can fish it for many years to come!
