After the success of our first Mutton Snapper mission, we had to go back and give it another try! Conditions on the day were almost perfect...We were just lacking some bait! Nonetheless we headed out with high hopes and expectations.
Unlike the last occasion, things actually started off pretty slow, a couple of the fellas pulling in a couple groupers and one lane snapper to get things started, but no muttons...
As the day went on we slowly started to get a few Mutton bites and ended up putting a few in the boat...In turned out to be a pretty good day!
The next day I cleaned one of the fish I caught and baked it whole for a fantastic lunch! It was delicious!
Huge thanks to Captains Zaky & Nazim for putting us on the fish! The boat was also one of the most comfortable boats I have ever fished on!

Bro a tip when using dry rub, add a good piece of anchor or kerrigold butter on top of the fish when it's almost done 👍

Hey bro..Sinker varies by current on the day...from 6 to 8 to 12 oz....Some use Circle Hooks...7 O..I also used Alavive hooks size 6 & 7
