In a case of matrimonial dispute, the Delhi High Court has sentenced a woman to one month in jail. The case pertains to a matrimonial dispute in which 20 cases were filed between husband and wife in Delhi and Mumbai. In the process of divorce by mutual consent, a settlement agreement was prepared, which was filed by both the parties in the Family Court along with affidavits. After withdrawing from the affidavit, the husband filed a contempt petition in the Delhi High Court, on which the Delhi High Court ordered the wife to go to Tihar Jail while giving a sentence of 1 month. On the whole issue, the legal reporter had a special conversation with Advocate A P Singh, a lawyer in the Supreme Court who represented the convicts in the Nirbhaya case.

सर जी शादी सहमति से होती है।पैसा दोनों पक्षों का खर्च होता है। इसलिए पत्नी को पैसा देने का कानून में बदलाव होना चाहिये ।खर्च अपना अपना होना चाहिये।

Please mujhe eska case number bataiye....bhabhi ne hume bhi ese hi fasaya h...bhabhi ne agreement krke 350000 le liye he aur vapis se Maintaianance ka case kar diya h....aur yaha tk ki district court ne 11,000 per month bhi bandh diya h....aur almost 3,00,000 arrear bhi nikala h
