Good afternoon sir. Meri shadi ko 14 years Ho Gaye the. 11 years k daughter bhi hai. Hum last 6 months se separation main reh rahe hai.. On 6th January 2022 Humne divorce apply kar diya hai and 8th March 2022 ko humari first date hai. Humara Nottary divorced ho Chuka hai so kya woh valid hai? To be honestly sir Mujhe divorce abhi bhi nahi lena but woh maan hi nahi rahi Aur thak k mein ready Ho Chuka tha for mutual divorced. Sir I wanted to ask what if agar main first date par jau court main and second par na jau to kya hoga? In short Mujhe divorce nahi lena and unko Wapis Lana hai. I m ready to accept them. Hello Ravinder....Yes..but sometimes even that is not required...court can take direct statement ...in this video i talked about the ways or options by which mutual divorce can be ended...Thanks..good luck..

Then there is no way he can get mutual divorce single handedly....u will have to give your reasons....you can take plea that you were deceived into consenting for mutual divorce....
