Thanks sir. But I have one doubt. Mid and small cap index overvalued. Yes it's true. How can it affects in our mid and small cap funds. Why I'm asking, mutual fund managers picks and hold only reasonable value stocking. Becoz they are researching always. So overvalued mid and small cap affects our mutual fund investing sir. Please reveal my doubt.sir.

@ThomasJaron Thanks for writing to us, In mid cap and small cap fund as per SEBI’s categorization it's compulsory to have 65% of stocks, Moreover Mid and small cap is in premium to already over valued zone, it's difficult for fund manager to buy in valuation, Therfore forced to buy in premium, It's extremely risky for the investors, Hope I clarified your query, Happy Investing

​@@drsip yes again please. In this market conditions existing investor will go for further investing through value and Contra funds. It will help to eliminate overvalued mid and small caps. Like just examples TATA PE equity fund and SBI Contra fund.
