नमस्कार Sir, मैं निशान्त अग्रवाल(बरेली, उत्तर प्रदेश) आपसे कुछ खास सवाल पूछना चाहता हूँ। आजकल भारतीय शेयर बाजार में काफी उठापटक चल रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में क्रूड ऑयल के बढ़ते price, भारतीय मुद्रा रुपये में गिरावट, अमेरिका चीन के बीच व्यापार युद्ध और election का मौसम आने के कारण भारत के स्टॉक मार्केट के सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी में बार बार गिरावट आ रही है। जिसके कारण विभिन्न mutual funds के performance और NAV में भी बहुत गिरावट आ रही है। मैं इस समय म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड में lumpsum investment के तौर पर एक लाख रुपये इन्वेस्ट करना चाहता हूँ। मेरी age इस समय 39 साल है। और मैं 10 साल तक म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड में अपने निवेश को बनाये रखूँगा। मैंने अपनी तरफ से personal स्टडी करके दो म्यूच्यूअल funds select किये हैं। पहला फण्ड है-- Franklin India Feeder Fund- Franklin US Opportunities Fund और दूसरा फण्ड है-- Parag Parikh Long Term Equity Fund. ये दोनों funds US companies और इंटरनेशनल कंपनियों में इन्वेस्ट करते हैं जिसके कारण 2018 के खराब समय में भी इनका return काफी अच्छा रहा है। Sir कृपया आप मुझे अपनी valuable advice दीजिये तथा यह बताईये कि क्या मुझे इन दोनों funds में अभी lumpsum निवेश करना चाहिए या नहीं। आपकी क्या राय है? तथा एक बात मुझे Franklin Feeder Fund- Franklin US Opportunities Fund के taxation के बारे में पूछनी थी। इस फण्ड की factsheet में taxation के बारे में यह लिखा हुआ था कि-- What are the “Tax Benefits” of investing in this fund? Long term capital gains (LTCG) tax @20% (plus surcharge, if applicable and cess) with indexation if units held for more than 36 monthsShort term capital gains (STCG) tax at the income tax slab rate if units are held for less than 36 months अगर मैं franklin feeder फण्ड को 3 साल के बाद redeem करता हूँ तो क्या उस समय म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड कंपनी मेरे profit में से LTCG टैक्स के तौर पर 20% की दर से(With Indexation) टैक्स काटकर मुझे payment करेगी या फिर मुझे अपना आयकर return दाखिल करते समय इनकम टैक्स विभाग को 20% की दर से(With Indexation) LTCG टैक्स देना पड़ेगा। कृपया आप इस शंका का समाधान कीजिये।

Sir one thing always confuse me about Mutual Funds i.e. these Funds have huge amount of money to manage. While buying and selling shares of a company there should be huge inflow and outflow of funds which might require time. (Maybe 4-5days) So while purchasing a company's share it's share price must increase due to high buying demand and while selling there must be price fall due to high supply of that particular company. This is exactly opposite of what Buffet or Graham said i.e. buy low sell high. Then how do these guys make gains? Please clear my doubt. Thank you! : )
