After finishing Alternative 2 years ago I played this soundtrack tonight and tears just started flowing.

This song has this melancholy-type vibe yet also instills this determination feeling. It fits together perfectly in pretty much every scene where this plays. It's pretty much my favorite song in the game because of it.

I originally found this OST with its Japanese title, and with its name eluding me, I ended up vaguely describing to someone the name of this track as "Inescapable Destiny". Imagine my surprise after seeing what the name of the track actually ended up being, heh. Those rare moments in which the name of a track, end up aligning with how you feel about it.

Don't be sad ;) There is the story included in Altered Fable from 2007 and in Photon Melodies later on PS3. This story is called Before The Shimmering Time Ends and it starts where the Alternative ends and that is SPOILER when you go back to your original world and meet not only your old friends but also Yuuhi and Kasumi ;) It's a really great story but it was only partially translated into english but with the success of Muv Luv kickstarter campaign it's gonna be released on Steam xD
