Nahh, Actually, it is believed that Takeru didn't disappear... He traveled to the other world which is reconstructed after Takeru stopped being Causality Conductor (which that world is called "Final Extra"). Though, age, the company who made Muv-Luv, said that Altered Fable is not direct sequel of Alternative, it happens in a world near "Final Extra", and not "Final Extra" itself.

I think all of you understand something false. The takeru from the alternative world isn't the one in Fable. After most of his friends died in alternative he simply disappeared. More then once was said if nobody rembers him he will disappear. The characters in fable have still some memories of the events in alternative because Takeru traveled between diefferent worlds and the memories of them mixed.

@gbatemper123 I was under the impression it was the very same Kasumi from the Alternative world. If I remember correctly my reasoning behind this was mostly Yuuko's attitude. That smile alone was quite odd to me. It was as if Kasumi crying over meeting those two made complete sense to her. It's either that or Takeru really does remember(like you said, they referenced it several times in Fable) and Kasumi read all those memories after meeting him and immediately busted out crying.

+NathanRomml Yeah, I don't know about that. I got the feeling that it would not have been persuaded, as after all spoilers spoilers it was just a robot (by it's creator's standards) and was programmed, and it considered itself just a robot as well.

+NathanRomml The superior tells him to prove humans are advanced life. What Meiya did was just that. There's no convincing what was essentially the enslaved leader of a mining operation (which is all Earth was considered good for).

@escopeteroce Personally I have mixed feelings about what you said. I just think I might've gotten into Takeru's character a bit more.. Or I just let the emotions get to me more.. Anyway.. It just somewhat got into my attention unpleasantly.. As a weirdo who I am. Even after I finished MLA, I still mourn everyone silently, and don't think that anyone should say anything about that. I can hold up my head, and look back towards everyone with a smile. I shall remember all of em for who they were.
