There are not many labels in Pakistan because any entertainment industry in Pakistan is very unstable mainly because of Religious fanatics. If we talk about other countries, there are festivals happening there and labels mostly make money by selling tix and selling music to shows/movies. Just to answer your point on treating Hasan's voice on Peechay Hut, his issue is that he mumbles and producers HAVE to clean up his vocals and apply effects to make it sound crisp and bearable for general listening. Also, it was pretty much his natural tone rather than modified. If you haven't noticed, Hasan also uses an auto-tune while singing live on stage too.
