So, you're here?" Which is something someone might say to someone they already know or are acquainted with. Following that up with "Nice to meet you, I *should* say..." makes it clear that he's clarifying himself, that though they know of each other, they've never met until now. His foresight had little to nothing to do with it.

I think each Hashira has their own building & the master has his own building... we've seen Shinobu's building is called the Butterfly Mansion (or something like that) and even this episode we saw Tanjiro needed a map to find Giyu's building. So, all the slayers & their associated buildings are separated. Therefore, no Hashira is probably at the Master's building currently during the night. We know Sanemi found out about them being infiltrated, so the crows might be sending messages out right now.

"Nice to meet you" is the usual translation of "hajimemashite", which is what you usually say to someone you meet for the first time. But the Japanese word has nothing like "nice" on it. It's just focusing on "it is the first time". The word "hajimete" is the one used for "first time"

Good point, Ron, about Tanjiro not saying anything about sniffing Zenitsu’s blood. I mean, Tanjiro could tell that the boy with the marechi blood (in the Tsuzumi Mansion arc) smelled differently, and he was a good distance away from the room. Just wanted to add If you remember from season 2 when Tengen and Gyutaro are talking and Gyuatru says some people are born strong and Tengen says how he got strong through hard work and then he mentions some demon slayers are blessed with power from the beginning. Then it shows Muichiro and Gyomei and funny enough both Muichiro and Gyomie's backstories are very similar. They are both people who have never fought before in their lives but in the heat of the moment they were both able to completely destroy a demon 1v1 with no weapons. They both even screamed and lost control and tortured their respective demons until day break. I thought that was really cool ! :)

*NO SPOILERS JUST SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION* Gyomei Himejima was not born blind his father died during a pandemic and his mom died during childbirth and when he was very young he had a very strong fever that made him loose sight very young as in either baby or toddler since he was an orphan he was raised in that temple then in his late teens to raise orphans himself just like he was raised there he was in his late teens when he had that encounter with a demon for the first time around 17 or a little more and roughly 10 years passed since then because we know Gyomei is 27 years old in the current events of the story and is the oldest hashira all this is according to the second fanbook of demon slayer and a few things from the first fanbook I think (fanbook is how Koyoharou Gotouge calls the databooks for demon slayer "fan" in fanbook DOESN'T refer to the fact they are fanmade like some people think these books are canon source material and there's plenty other external books aside from the manga btw) these are not spoilers because they aren't mentioned in the manga later on they are related to us in external source material by the author and btw I'll just say this and do whatever you want of it: the kid that disobeyed Gyomei and broke the temple's rules and told the demon to go after Gyomei and the other children to save himself, well... all I'll say is you've seen him before

I guess you’ve forgotten, but prior to Rengoku fighting Upper Moon 3 (Akaza), they said in Season One that none of the current Hashira had encountered an Upper Moon. Second, in Episode 26, Muzan told the Lower Moons that the Upper Moons had not changed for over a hundred years. In addition, if you remember the end of Season Two, you saw Douma as Upper Moon Six at the time, and he looked exactly the same as he looks now. And the demon in Gyomei’s flashback doesn’t really resemble any of the Upper Moons. If Gyomei had encountered an Upper Moon before he became trained as a demon hunter, he would not be living today. You also noticed the boy with the neckband with the magatama pendant, but if you rewatch Season One, Episode 17, you may see the same neckband there…

Ubuyashiki said 'Hajimemashite' which is a very common Japanese word that is used when meeting someone for the first time, it's sometimes loosely translated to 'Nice to meet you' but this isn't the actual translation, there's no exact equivalent word for 'Hajimemashite' in English

not a spoiler but i saw a comment on the other demon slayer reaction that muzan walks slowly and like he doesn't care about anything at all just shows how he's taking his time and he can still live for a longer time unlike ubuyashuki that he's just waiting there, lying on his futon (idk if that's what you call it) waiting for muzan to arrive shows how he's just waiting for his end. (I'm not good at explaining but i hope you can understand what I'm trying to say here 😂😂😂)

A full hour with commercials so when ever official sources like how uftable and crunchyroll said these 2 episodes are extended just count the commercials also cause that is exactly what they are doing the also count the intro and outro into run time also
