Happy birthday!! MV Agusta always has the most nicest designs. Every part on their bikes has so much style. Truly motorcycle art! Nice video btw. And good to see you more in front of the camera. Cheers!

Cheers mate! Hmmm I thought I’d try something different as I had three bikes to get through that day. But I think I prefer the voiceover vids myself as you get more time to prepare them and include more detail!

the SCS needs to be serviced every 7,500km - this very important information should be clearly communicated on the website Is not written in the IFU and the service manual you get with the bike !!! Technical Bulletin 001/19 ..." We also inform you that the SCS automatic clutch system requires every 7500 km the replacement of the sleeves (Kit code 8000C6986) present on the clutch housing regardless of the annual service, in order to always ensure a high quality driving experience. The SCS clutch system’s setting in provided by a special screw positioned on the clutch push rod and will be executed at each programmed service, thanks to the use of a tool specifically dedicated to this purpose (code 8000C6941), so as to ensure at all times the correct operation of the automatic clutch. Yes The Exp Plate Lasts From 7oookm Up To 15oookm . $15ooAud To Replace . That's About $100 For Every 1oookm . That's Not Very Smart .

Does anyone actually buy this bike? Every review I see of the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce is a KZbinr on a dealer-provided machine for a short test ride. What's this bike like to own? Can you ride it for 10,000 km without that fancy auto clutch needing a tear down service? Can someone who's actually put down their own cash to buy one of these bikes please post an owner's review?
@belovedinbox65974 жыл бұрын
At more than 20k euros I think very few people would buy a 800cc bike. Especially when you can buy a tracer 900 gt for 12,5k

I don't know about the Turismo Veloce but the SCS will easily last a long time. I have had the same Rekluse RadiusX auto clutch on my KTM 1190 Adv. It worked flawlessly for over 30000 miles after which I had to replace the EXP disk. About an hour job, easily DIY, and around $350 for parts.

I would buy one if the seat wasn't over 32 inches tall. Why not make a touring version? They are for sale with huge discounts at most dealers because they have been setting on the show room floor sometimes for years?

Should have let me know you were coming up my way, I would have popped down to say hello, maybe helped with some ride by/side by side on the move shots or something lol. Bury is just across the boarder into Suffolk about 45 miles from me. There was a motovlogger meet at Krazy horse just a month or so back, that I couldn't make for a few reasons.

Ah I'll keep it in mind for next time! Definitely need to get back up there for some of their other brands.

Stop being a fricking sheep and buy the things you like. I have a 2008 F4 312, a f3 800 and a Turismo Veloce and they have been perfect. The TV has at the moment 45 thousand miles and it’s my main mode of transport.

Wind protection?
@motobob5 жыл бұрын
It struck me how noisy the video footage is. The screen does a decent job of keeping the wind off your chest, but at my height it deflects most of it onto your lid. Didn’t really notice it at the time tho so maybe it’s more noisy turbulence than an uncomfortable blast

I guess but DCT has full auto doesn't it? Whereas SCS you still use the shifter, just no need to use the clutch apart from smoothing changes out at lower revs
