bonjour je l'ai essayé toute une journée et je peux dire que je suis tombé amoureux de cette MV

Since 2020 I have been the proud owner of a limited RC model with a wide range of MV original accessories, have already driven 15,000km and also drive a DUCATI. The MV looks really great, the engine is great and delivers an amazing sound. The whole thing is really emotional, especially the hassle that was bought very expensively and the manufacturer's lack of appreciation as a paying customer...so far, I've had more than 10 warranty cases / damages / problems. Electronics errors that do not occur directly at the dealer cannot be found / solved. There is no solution for other errors, so it's best to do it yourself to have fun driving. I've had mistaken that could have led to a fall/accident, so I've been very lucky. For parts that broke as a result, I was offered a ridiculously small discount if I wanted to replace them (I would still have had to pay over €2,000). I declined this offer on principle, because it's not about the money, but about dealing with paying customers and the so-called "complaint handling". I would like to express a great deal of praise for the dealer who looks after me, who always gives his all and, in my opinion, is ultimately poorly supported by the factory and not at all by the responsible national sales management. The only thing the media was saying was that everything is fine at MV now, which I absolutely cannot confirm. 2022 next warranty case and again and again "phase error" after a cold start...can't get them under control…

You put this comment on EVERY SINGLE ONE rewiew on the turismo veloce. I can understand your rage, but this is a true obsession. What has happened to you could happening also with a Ducati and Bmw. Haven't you ever read about this kind of things with this two european brands? impossibile. You seem to me too much bringing one part about having problems with a new expensive european bike.

And I tell you another thing. Any good industrial product in the world have some bad numbers. I know americans call it lemons. Anyway look at Amazon: products withm more than 1000 or 2000 units sold with 4,5 stars and you ALWAYS find some people that say the product is scrap shit horrible. This happens ALWAYS. Even with expensive products for Amazon, worth of many hundreds of euro or dollars. So? Probably you got a lemon, but you have the obsession of destroying MV Agusta reputation wherever you can.

@@nemozack3767 Dear Nemo Zack, many thanks and I absolutely agree with you, every brand having sometimes problems like "lemons" and is fully ok. The different and competition between brands is, how to handle this together with their enthusiastic and proud customer, that are paying a lot for an MV (is not a cheap thing from amazon!) and are paying their salary. I had problems with my HYM SP also and DUCATI just fixt it. I've been a lucky customer without any complain on how they handle it and appreciate their customer...I´ve watched a lot of YT videos and studied comments, means has been part of my decision to purchase my MV, specially comments on "better quality and spare parts availability, MV has improved"...My experience are the totally difference. And again, is just how the brand is working on complains. In sales it is called an active full reference. A brand should have the interest to make every customer happy, talking positive about and recommend to their friends...I just like to share my experience and if no one doing this, there is no reason for the brand to improve their business...

@@toniharti I live in Milan, the biggest town close to Borgo Panigale, not in the mille of Sicily. I have a Scrambler classic I couldn"t drive for years, and when I could It was out of warranty, so I asked my long time friend mechanic to fix it to start again. He said he had not the program of Ducati because it's too expensive for the very few that came with a Ducati. So I had to go Ducati official. Believe me or not the spokes were plenty of rust, the surface of the seat totallu ruined and the cover of the engine ruined as well. The bike was parked outside but well covered. Than they aked me 1300 euros to fix a bike with 600 km!!! And nothing about the spikes or the seat, just the engine. And I waited more than a month and half for that theft. Same identical problems with a Husky Nuda. No problems outside because this was in a garage, ok, but I paid 300 euro totale It start again (plus a new battery), even with high risers handly made with a lathe, from full aluminum... ...nothing to add.

the SCS needs to be serviced every 7,500km - this very important information should be clearly communicated on the website Is not written in the IFU and the service manual you get with the bike !!! Technical Bulletin 001/19 ..." We also inform you that the SCS automatic clutch system requires every 7500 km the replacement of the sleeves (Kit code 8000C6986) present on the clutch housing regardless of the annual service, in order to always ensure a high quality driving experience. The SCS clutch system’s setting in provided by a special screw positioned on the clutch push rod and will be executed at each programmed service, thanks to the use of a tool specifically dedicated to this purpose (code 8000C6941), so as to ensure at all times the correct operation of the automatic clutch. oui dommage, puisque j'en connais une qui l'ai à déjà dépassé les 100 000 🙄.
