Every time I see FT.Island, I'm just amazed to Choi JongHoon as a Leader, Lead Guitar and Pianist. He always let everyone in FTISLAND to be shining. He let his member to make improvement in arrangements music. He teach them sometimes, be sulking and super sensitive sometimes but always put the best for FTISLAND for over 11 years. He is a living Great Leader indeed. He never leave his member from Hard to Happiness time.
