Hololive is so big that it could be a serious problem to provide skills like that for free to everyone. Ina for example just recently made 6 quality illustrations for Aqua's Uma Musume project, that's a lot of effort. So yeah I do hope that they either have direct exchanges or get paid for contributions like that.
