Kinda late but Slick Confirmed Shimo only retreated cause her Job is protect the Planet and Fighting Ghidorah will cause the Opposite plus Ghidorah also keeps regenerating(tho slick did buff his regen here) so she simply submit to avoid causing more trouble

@@Sir_Demonic_Darkness No, what he said was that Godzilla was the one who defeated Ghidorah, knocking him out with his atomic breath and then Ghidorah was suddenly instantly frozen in the ice, but none knew who did that. There's no "old lore" or "new lore", GxK just answered the question that KOTM left behind with new info of what happen in the past.
