This is a gem for me. I’ve played UMVC3 since launch and still dabble in it to this day but never got into MVC2 because the resources just weren’t there but I’m definitely deep diving now.

Man, if this was around back in the arcade days... I remember trying so hard to figure out how to fast fly, great vid for the bot enjoyers, truly a FG character like no other. Team RoW is my fav team.

Yeah it probably took me a few weeks to get 3 out of 10 ff so it'll definitely take some practice and muscle memory development. Hopefully I'll have my sentinel intermediate guide out soon! Script is already in the works 🙂

Hey Dante! I'm not sure what archetype Sentinel is but to me he's like a tank/zoner combo. He's big with super armor but also has his mouth beam and long limbs that are great for zoning!

Hulk causes chip, I get why u overlook them as only 5 characters are used of the 56 roster, biggest flaw for mvc2 imo

on one hand, it does suck that the whole cast is not commonly played but on the other i love top tier marvel and love what it has turned into. i can see both sides!

Sentinel is very difficult to handle on the ps2 controller imo Subscribed 👍

Oh yeah, definitely harder to control him on a controller, especially if you're holding the controller traditionally (both thumbs doing all the work). I'd recommend holding the controller like a small fight stick, with your left thumb on the joystick/d-pad and your right index and middle fingers on the buttons!

Sentinel isn't the only char with chip on normals, hulk also has chip on normals as well as some random normals like rogue crmp

good video but cutting back n forth so much from live to ingame is kind of jarring makes it hard to watch. Should just have an intro with you speaking to the camera and then explaining everything in game. I couldn't watch past 2 mins was too jarring gave me headache. Or perhaps have a small frame with you talking in the bottom right so the cutting back and forth isn't so jarring

@@FilthGnasty dude I did too I thought we were going to be on fightcade forever but idk what miracle happened but my God I think i can speak as a collective for every MVC2 fan Capcom did us justice. They listened, I'm really hoping I can use my leverless in it I'm struggling on fightcade but have plugged in the old stick to get my bearings back for MVC2. Oh yeah I've been channeling my inner Shinji and Simon whenever I'm piloting this big boi.
