Iceman and akuma have lowest health in game

Iceman doesn't take chip damage so low health understandable. And the other characters low health because does lot of damage and is a shoto.🤔🤨🧐

Iceman is in the slightly below averagr tier with Cammy and Psylocke. Akuma is in the bottom with Bone claw Wolverine Roll and Servbot
