Hi. I agree with most of your choices, but have a few comments. In my opinion, the best player of Plusliga is Bartosz Kwolek, who plays in Warsaw. 2018 World Champion. He plays at an amazing level and is the leader of his team. The discovery of the year for me is Bartłomiej Lipński, who is the leader of the third in the Trefl Gdańsk table. A year ago, he played for Cuprum Lubin and he fought for maintenance, and now he is fighting for the championship.

i think Jurij Gladyr deserved a spot over Nowakowski just because of his serving, offensive capabilities and how much of a mental leader he is for the team (he even became a captain) + Nowakowski's blocking stats are sort inflated by that one set against GKS Katowice when they were just repeatedly "bashing their heads" against VERVA's block so i think most middle's in plusliga would have gotten that many blocks there, but this may also be fan bias on my side, great video

Kwolek for Sander, of course! Satistics can be great, but season deffinetely wasn't.

yes especially since Kwolek has a kind of playful technique. He can be very patient with a ball, repeating the attacks by touching the block. And he does get a lot of balls to attack in his team!

The best rookie- Michał Gierżot. He hasn't played a lot, but whilst he was given an opportunity to play he played amazeing and he is 19. MIP is Semeniuk or Butryn (rather Butryn- he won't improve from this moment, but Semeniuk certainly) ,. Boladź was the most improved last year and this year he hasn't improved that much

Thanks for the comments, you know your stuff! Gierżot is a good pick that I have watched a couple times, definitely someone to keep an eye on. I thought of Kamil as well, but statistically Boladz had the bigger jump. Although it feels like Semeniuk is in the spotlight a lot more now.

The stats of Bołądź are better also thanks to that Szerszeń--team leader of last seaon left Suwałki And I am one of that who knows that Semeniuk is not only really skilled and improved but also very well created by Toniutti. I am only affraid of that Semeniuk Will not play as great as now in a national team without Ben. So I am not like most of polish friends who says- best volleyball Player is Semeniuk, best libero is Semeniuk😂, best setter is Semeniuk 😂

I make a change- rookie is Firszt. He is also 19, he hasn't played as great as Gierżot, but he has played neraly whole seaon and the changes in His mentality are increadieble

Nice video. It's a shame you can't benefit from the commentary of "Szósty set" or "Prawda siatki". They offer great insight, early transfer rumours and from time to time behind-the-scenes outlook on things. Or maybe you do have a translation of their vlogs? If not, i wonder where you are getting your info from. Polish press? I guess articles are easier to translate than vlogs.

Ugh I wish I could understand them, I'm sure they have tons of top tier analysis. I've worked alongside the Prawda Siatki guys a couple times - they are pros. I get my information from watching the games and talking to Polish fans who also speak english.

You have to be kidding me be with "unbelivable 2th half of the season" by Sander. Did you even watched his performances? He played poor / medium lvl (championship play off's latest example) in most of these matches. Absence took too long for him to come back in full form so easily. Especially in a league such as Plusliga with so much phisical & technique potential around. One of a few positives: he still has his abnormal reach (M. Wlazły's lvl) but sucks at passing not mentioning defence and even his attack % isnt amazing. He was changed a few times by Katić, but unfortunately for Skra he sucked even more, so Taylor usually was back asap. From an experienced viewer's perspective it was clear that he was playing another match vs himself. And not always FULLY win and overcome his struggle. At least this is what i saw. EDIT ADD: Oh and btw Mr Ebadipour at this moment >>>>>>>>>>>> Mr Sander. ADD: Just to mention it: as a Skra fun ofc i want Taylor to kick ass so he may pay out his trust debt for Skra Bełchatów.
